Booking and payment policy

1. How booking works

• Send a request with the days and times that suit you, on the booking page or by calling or texting 519-242-TIRE (8473).
• Our team emails you one time and the price. Nothing is booked until you confirm it with one tap in that email. You can also ask for a different time.
• Once it's confirmed, you get a confirmation with a calendar invite, and a reminder the day before.
• We're by appointment only, so please come at your booked time. Running late? Call or text us.

2. Your quote is your price

• The price in your quote is the price you pay.
• If something about the job turns out different from your request (for example a different tire size), we'll talk to you before doing any extra work.

3. Paying

You can pay by:

• Cash in person (preferred).
• Interac e-Transfer to service@2for2tires.ca. Please put your name or booking number in the message.
• Credit card, with a 4% processing fee added. Card payments go through a secure payment link from our payment provider, so we never see or keep your card number.

When you pay:

• Services (tire changeovers, installs, repairs, balancing, dismounting, TPMS and storage) are paid after the work is done.
• New tires and rims are paid before the appointment, so we can order them. We hold your time until the payment arrives, then confirm it. Any install or service charge is still paid after the work.

4. Changing or cancelling

• Changing or cancelling is free with at least 24 hours' notice. Use “Change or cancel” in your confirmation email, find your booking on the Find my booking page, or call or text us.
• Less than 24 hours to go? Please still let us know as soon as you can, so we can give the time to someone else.
• Missed an appointment? There's no fee. Please call us and we'll find you a new time.

5. Tires and rims ordered for you

• Cancel before we order them and you get a full refund.
• Once they're ordered, refunds and returns follow the supplier's return terms, which may include a restocking fee. We'll tell you exactly what applies before anything is charged.
